The Book is titled 'On Consentualists & feeding in Vampire Society - A brief analysis' Small Excepts from the book read as follows
'It appears that although one of the major vampire 'sects', the 'Camarilla', prohibit public 'feeding', it happens nonetheless. Even more worryingly, it appears that they seemed to have developed an apathy for policing their own kind, with humans being punished for the flagrant actions of a few vampires, only ever taking action against one of their own when the 'cleanup' is too difficult.
Based on some observations, it appears that an act of feeding induces a drug like state in humans, with some reporting loss of memory for a period before, and after, the act. The act of feeding also does not seem to produce any marks or injuries visible after it has taken place.1
